Serbia Joins Radioplayer as the 25th Country

Radiodays Europe, Athens: Serbia becomes the 25th country to join Radioplayer, further strengthening its position as the preferred broadcaster-led solution for radio in connected cars, mobile apps, and smart devices.

Marina Paunović has been appointed Country Manager for Radioplayer Serbia, leading the initiative to bring Serbian broadcasters into Radioplayer’s rich ecosystem of products and services. With this launch, Serbian radio stations gain access to advanced tools for distribution, audience engagement, and seamless integration across digital platforms - while maintaining full control of their content and branding.

Accelerating Growth: A Global Future for Broadcaster-Led Radio

The addition of Serbia marks another step in Radioplayer’s mission to secure the future of radio on all platforms where a radio-first approach is key to keeping radio strong in an increasingly connected world.
- "The pace of our expansion is a clear signal that broadcasters see the value of working together to take control of radio’s future," says Yann Legarson, CEO of Radioplayer. "With Serbia joining as our 25th country, we continue to demonstrate that a unified, broadcaster-led platform is the best way to keep radio prominent - on every device, but especially in the car. This is not just about growth; it’s about ensuring radio remains accessible, smart, and competitive in a rapidly changing audio landscape."

A Future-Proof Solution for Serbian Broadcasters

For Serbian broadcasters, joining Radioplayer means tapping into a proven ecosystem designed to protect and enhance the value of radio.
- "Serbian broadcasters now have access to the same powerful tools used by leading radio groups across Europe," says Marina Paunović, Country Manager for Radioplayer Serbia. "This means greater visibility for their stations, seamless integration in cars and connected devices, and new opportunities to reach and engage listeners wherever they are. Radioplayer is not just about technology - it’s about ensuring the long-term success and growth of radio."

Built for Broadcasters, Designed for the Future

Radioplayer’s radio-first technology is already trusted by the world’s leading automotive brands, ensuring broadcasters stay in control of their content, branding, and audience data.

"With Radioplayer, Serbian broadcasters gain access to a future-proof platform that works seamlessly across broadcast and IP," says Lawrence Galkoff, Head of Countries at Radioplayer. "Our integrations in connected cars, mobile, and smart devices ensure that radio is always accessible, while our metadata solutions help listeners find and engage with stations effortlessly. We’re excited to welcome Serbia on board and support its broadcasters in this next chapter of innovation."
